Completely Chilli was born out of an idea to get away from the rat race and create a more fun relaxed company where decisions were my own. Based in the small Cambridgeshire village of Haddenham our first polytunnel went up in 2006 and a fantastic summer allowed the chillies to flourish and produce a bumper crop.
In early February 2007 we had produced our product range using fresh local ingredients and of course all our own chillies. We were overwhelmed by the popularity of our stall and began to attend more farmers markets in the Cambridgeshire area. As the word spread about our company various people contacted us and our products starting to appear on the shelves of local farm shops and delicatessens.
In 2009 chillies were knocked off the top of the priority list while I started a family. My son Oliver was born in a very warm August and changed my life. Since refocusing on the chillies and the development of new products, I applied for funding to help develop the business further and have managed to create my own purpose built commercial kitchen to help develop the chilli products. I have also rebranded the company to move the chillies from Cambridgeshire into a new era.
